3. GOVERNING LAW
This site is hosted, controlled and operated from the Republic of South Africa and therefore governed by South African law.
4. SECURITY
Any person that delivers or attempts to deliver any damaging code to this web site or attempts to gain unauthorized access to any page on this web site shall be prosecuted and civil damages shall be claimed in the event that Alluring Creations suffers any damage or loss.
The user agrees and warrants that his or hers log in name and password shall be used for personal use only and not be disclosed to any third party.
The user allows Alluring Creations to take all reasonable steps to ensure the integrity and security of the AlluringCreations.co.za website and back-office applications.
5. PAYMENTS
At this stage Alluring Creations only accepts payment via Direct Deposit or Direct Internet Transfer.
Alluring Creations' banking details and Instructions on how to deposit monies due will be provided during checkout and it would be subject to the following rules:
- The exact amount must be paid;
- The payment must be identified by supplying the order number and surname in the reference section of the deposit slip or on the electronic transfer;
- Cheque deposits are subject to a clearing period, shipping will only happen once these funds are cleared by our bank.
- No bank deposits are accepted from outside the borders of South Africa.
- Alluring Creations reserve the right to cancel orders not paid for within 5 working days.
Alluring Creations will only accept financial transactions once payment has been processed and your account has been debited.
To the extent that there is any error or omission, Alluring Creations has the right within its sole discretion to inform you of this and not to accept any transaction.
Unfortunately we cannot process Credit Card transactions at this stage.
6. STOCK AVAILABILITY
Stocks of all goods on offer are limited. Alluring Creations shall take all reasonable efforts to discontinue the offer as soon as stock is no longer available. However, should items still be offered after stock are sold out, Alluring Creations shall only be liable to refund monies where it is unable to fulfill orders at advertised prices.
7. CHANGES TO THIS AGREEMENT
Alluring Creations reserves the right to make changes to this document at any time and any such changes on our part will be binding on all users with immediate effect. It is the user's responsibility to refer back to this document from time to time in order to keep abreast with any such changes.
