How do I place an order? / How do I buy from your online shop? * Find an item that you like *click on "add this to my cart" *you can then either go "back to shopping" and choose more items for your virtual shopping cart or you can "go to checkout". Click on your choice. * you will be redirected to log in / create an account page. You will have to have an account with us in order to place an order. Are you a returning customer? then please Log In. are you a New Customer? Then Please Provide Your Billing Information. *after this step you will be directed towards payment. Payment can be done online or offline, you decide. *once payment is done and received by us we will send you a confirmation email. You will receive your order 2 to 7 days later, depending on the shipping company you chose. 2. A product is showing Sold Out / I have seen a product I liked last time I visited your online shop but now I can not find it anymore. Can you tell me when more stock will be available? If one of our products is sold out and you are interested when more stock will be available please email us at info@alluringcreations.co.za and as soon as we will receive stock you will be notified via email. 3. Payment information - Do you accept Credit Cards, Direct Deposit or Bank Transfers? We do not accept any Credit Card payments. All payments can be done through Direct Deposit or Internet Bank Transfers If you have not received an email from us confirming that payment has been received within 24 hours of making payment (weekdays, during business hours) then please email us your proof of payment together with your order number at info@alluringcreations.co.za The reason that your payment may not be reflecting is that the payment was made from your bank which is a different bank than the one holding our business account; this will result in a delay of up to two working days before the payment reflects in our account. Another reason of payment not reflecting might be that the reference number used was incorrect or missing. Receipts are only emailed once the payment is credited to our account as cleared funds. 5. Order Information: My order status is Pending / Processing / Delivered, what does this mean? 6. How long will my order take to be delivered? Can I collect? Unfortunately we do not have collection facilities for our customers to collect. All orders are delivered by our courier company (Speed Services or SA Post Office). 7.
