Shipping:
All shipping will take place via the South African Post Office’s registered parcel service or via Speed Services Courier. If you have any special shipping requirements, please contact us at info@alluringcreations.co.za for arrangements.
Packaging and Shipping Costs:
The cost of shipping within the borders of South Africa will be determined as follows:
- the shipping cost will be R30.00 for a registered Post Office parcel
- Overnight (Speed Services) counter to counter service will be R60.00.
The amount due is calculated automatically when the order is created.
When paying by Direct Deposit or Internet Transfer, please ensure to deposit / transfer the correct amount, including the packaging and shipping costs.
Please Note: Normal registered parcel delivery takes+- 2 weeks (the utmost!). The overnight delivery services only apply during weekdays and the expected delivery time is +- 2 working days.

Returns:
At Alluring Creations we take all the care in providing the best service to our customers. Although our products are of the best quality, we also verify them piece by piece for any possible manufacturing faults.
If Alluring Creations supplies the wrong product or if the product is in any way damaged or faulty as a result of a manufacturing defect, Alluring Creations will exchange it for the correct one within 7 days of invoice. Alluring Creations will make a reasonable effort to exchange the product, but if replacement is not possible with an identical product and if the customer do not wish to wait for an identical product to be ordered from our Italian supplier or he does not want to choose another product from our online shop, Alluring Creations will refund the purchase price including delivery cost, if such a cost has been paid.
Please note: Goods are not guaranteed against faults resulting from normal wear and tear.
Special offers: If Alluring Creations supplies the wrong product or if the product is in any way faulty or damaged, Alluring Creations will exchange it for the correct one. However, if the product is no longer being offered at the special price and no stock of the particular product is available, it will not be replaced and we will refund the buyer's purchase price including delivery costs, if such a price was paid, at Alluring Creations' discretion.
If the user is not satisfied with his/her choice and the product is still in mint condition and in it's original packaging, the user may return it within 7 days of invoice and Alluring Creations will refund the purchase price, excluding delivery costs, once the product has been received and examined by Alluring Creations. All returns will be examined by skilled jewelers and if it is found that goods have been tampered with way or that the goods are not in a mint condition, it will not be accepted as a return.
No item costing more than R500 will be accepted as a return under this provision.
Before any goods are returned, a returns authorization must be obtained from Alluring Creations Customer Services Department. In this case the customer must send an email to info@alluringcreations.co.za with “goods to be returned” in the subject line, stating the original invoice number and exact complaint and asking for a returns authorization.
Alluring Creations will not be held responsible for arranging any collection of items; the returning of the goods is the customer’s sole responsibility.
